1st part match the pictures. So they could be familiar with the new words. I used the word "sick" instead of "illness" to make it easier for the students to understand. You can also tell them or not tell them that blanket, tissues and bandaids are not medicine.
2nd part Tell them to decide a medicine and an illness. Make pairs then play rock paper scissors. And switch. The rest of the instuctions are on the work sheet.
