This is just a little a crossword puzzle I made as a warm up. It is a crossword puzzle that has mostly vocabulary and a bit of grammar from the New Horizon text book Units 0 and 1.
If it is a classes first time doing a crossword puzzle I explain how it works defining 'across' and 'down' and we do one #1 across together. I will then explain that we now have a hint for #2. I use this as an opportunity to talk about spelling.
I usually let my students try the crossword with no text book for the first 3 minutes.
