Made as a warmup activity for New Crown 1 (2021) page 67.
In this game, there are three slides of can verbs.
How to play:
At the start, everyone stands up!
Ask the students “What can your robot do/Tell me about your robot?”
Pick a student and they answer “It (Vertical) (Horizontal) !”
Then click on the answer square which will show a direction(or everyone stands up) students in that direction then sit(if standing) or stand up(if sitting).
Repeat.
Sometimes at the end, I play a "punishment" game where the students still standing have to do something silly with me, such as sing head shoulders knees and toes or say the alphabet out loud. This motivates the students to not be part of the last ones standing.
