Materials for an English board to introduce the Art Gallery of New South Wales' annual Archibald Prize for portraits.
There is one poster with introductory text. There are several posters for students to sticker dot vote for their own favourite from history.
Remember to update and print out the poster to announce the winner (May 13th in 2022).
You may like to run your own Archibald Prize at school. Tell students to submit an A4-size portrait of someone in their community using any medium. Suggest you involve the art teacher and art club.
