I used this with my classes on Friday last week and today as well. Students enjoyed it and they seemed to have gotten the moral of the story. I discussed the story with my JTE beforehand and we talked about which parts of the story needed to be emphasized and have provoking questions asked. The pauses for emphasis, elaboration, and questions helped the students really understood the story. It will also really help to be in your Halloween spirit and tell the story like your life depends on it.
It might be too late for this year, but please feel free to use and modify as needed.
