I Am From

Students introduce which country they are from based upon the flag they are holding.

DETAILED EXPLANATION:

-After splitting the class into groups, hand out the envelopes and have the students distribute the strips of the flags evenly.

-After jankening to see which student starts first, they ask the student to the left,
"Where are you from?" The askee says "I'm from..." and then lays down a section of the flag they said.

-The first person to lay down another section of that flag earns two points, and the person to complete the flag receives one point.

-Play continues until all strips have been played.

  • The person with the most points is the winner.
