My JTE wanted a quick PowerPoint to introduce the structure of the adjective complement. She has since used this presentation with and without me being present as it went over very well with the students. After introducing the format, the final couple slides are really just for students to practice using the clause in pairs or groups, using the prompts on the screen. Feel free to add more emotions or more example prompts.
After the PowerPoint, students then practice the concept with a short game of battleship.
