I made a silly little mad lib for my classes! I think it's pretty self-explanatory.
Personally, I get my students to fill in the bottom information first and then have them input the answers into the story after because I think the results are funnier if they can't predict where the story is going but it's up to you!
I get students to read the results with their parents after they finish because they are usually funny.
