Infinitive Cards

Students talk to each other, trying to match the sentence fragments on their cards.

Each student gets a card, they find a partner and play janken. The janken winner gets to read the first part of the sentence on his card (picture side). The other student then finishes the sentence with what is written on the back of his card.

If the two sentence fragments agree, then they find a teacher and repeat. They each score a point for their team, and receive a new card from the teacher.

If the sentence fragments don't make sense, (i.e. I use a toothbrush / to study English.) then they trade cards and find new partners.
