I used this activity in my 1nen classes.
In pairs, students take turns trying to guess what charater their partner is using the process of elimination. Each charater has three things they can do. Since they'll be using "I" in their sentences, tell them that they have transformed into that charater so they should use "I" when answering (Yes, I can).
Can you _____? --- Yes, I can / No, I can't.
When they think they know what charater their partner is they can ask "Are you _". Asking to confirm an identity counts as their turn even if they answer is no.
Are you ___? --- Yes, I am / No, I am not.
Once they've both correctly guess what character each person is the games over. If time permits they can play another round.
