Have you ever...? Dynamite Game

Practicing the question "Have you ever...?" students ask each other questions, hoping for a "Yes, I have" answer, otherwise they lose a dynamite when a student answers "No, I haven't".

Practicing the "Have you ever...?" grammar, students make a group of 4. One student chooses a box and chooses a student to ask the question to. If the student answers "Yes, I have", the questioner is safe! But, if the answer is "No, I haven't" the questioner must cross off one dynamite at the top of the page.

You can set a timer and play for a set amount of time and even play a second round if you'd like- the students could choose a different writing utensil (different color, a pen, a highlighter...) to distinguish the new round. Do emphasize that the next students can't ask the same student the same question. As needed, maybe the questioner must ask the person to their right or left, to make sure all students are asked questions equally.

This game is good for practicing the question and also fun to see how well the students know each other!
