DETAILED EXPLANATION:
Listening: Read each question slowly and have the students dictate.
These questions can be used for the listening activity:
- Do you know why Ichiro likes baseball?
- Do you know what oden is?
- Do you know when Christmas is?
- Do you know who Takuya Kimura is?
- Do you know where Disneyland is?
- Do you know how to say ‘konnichiwa’ in French?
Writing: Have the students answer each question. Students should write in complete sentences.
Speaking: Have students choose 5 of the questions and ask 5 different students/teachers. Do a role-play with the teacher. Tell students that during the interview, they can just take notes and not dwell over trying to write the answers in complete sentences.
