This is my first contribution to ALTopedia. This site has helped me tremendously as a new ALT, now I would like to give back. Thank you everyone for your submissions and ideas for I couldn't have gotten through my first year without your help.
I am still learning all the tricks when using PPT to make things more interesting. And what makes creating things fun is when you base your work on something you really enjoy, for me that's Sailor Moon. So, I hope you and your students enjoy this simple jeopardy-style game, for more is to come. (Currently polishing up a random point Sailor Moon game that screams MOON POWER at you!)
Gameplay: (Bare with me, not good with explanations, but I do hope it's overall easy to grasp)
Best to just play with the slides and see how they navigate
-Slides 1-3 are your openings.
-Slide 2 will automatically transition to your main menu on Slide 3.
NOTE: I'm so proud of my "loading" screen :D Even if it's a bit choppy XD
Slide 3:
START-Click when you're ready to play.
RULES-Click for explanation slides, if needed. (Slides 26-27)
Click MENU on the RULES slides to head back to Slide 3.
**After clicking START
Slide 4: This is where you will change the "category" name to your pref.
Slides 6-25:
These are your question/answer slides.
Answers will be hidden until you click.
Click the points buttons at the corners to head back to the category menu (Slide 4).
The points you clicked on should disappear when returning back
END GAME: click to go to the slide after the category menu (slide 4) and go to slide 5.
