Sushi Scramble 'SVOO=that clause'

@JoshJ's excellent Powerpoint game. This is for the very specific grammar point referred to as 'SVOO=that clause' in the One World 2 JHS textbook. I just entered the questions into the template.

Edit: Re-uploaded file with a couple of errors in the questions corrected. (September 28th, 2023)

This grammar is from Lesson 4 Part 3 of the One World 2 Textbook.

It's described as expressing things such as "What was said to whom?". It's probably in other textbooks as well.

The key sentences are "Kenta's mother told me that Kenta was sick in bed" and "Father taught me that getting up early is important".

I entered two kinds of question (28 in total).

  1. Make the sentence from scrambled words: For example (that/us/he/told/this/a/quiz/is = He told us that this is a quiz)

  2. Answer the question: These are mostly open-ended questions such as "What did your math teacher teach you?" and for lower level classes if you click again the first part of the student's answer is given - "My math teacher taught me that..."

I put an example of each of the above on the whiteboard before starting but other than that gameplay etc. is exactly as described by the original poster. Thanks again to him as this has been a very popular game with my students.
