First, group the students into atleast 4 members 1 group so they won`t rely on their groupmates too much.
Second, let them play junken in order to know their order in a group.
Third, the 1st group 1st player will choose the category and the point. All of the teams will have a sheet of paper to answer with time limit. Points will be given to the group who has the correct answer.
Then, the second group 1st player will choose again same as the direction in the first play. This game will continues until all student had a chance to choose a category.

Please double check your answers. A lot of the Japanese is wrong, and some of the English word like ascent/descent, performance, round-trip distance etc feel way too difficult for a 1st grade level. However, I don't use New Horizon so maybe those words appear there, I'm not sure, but I can imagine my classes being very confused if we tried this activity.
